Mohammad Aqdus Hassan
Mohammad Aqdus Hassan leads the design vision at Hasfan Architecture Studio. A B.Arch graduate and alumnus of Jamia Millia Islamia, he began his career at a reputed architectural studio in New Delhi, working across residential, commercial, institutional, and urban design projects throughout Delhi NCR. That range, from private homes to large scale institutional and urban work, gave him a versatility that now shapes everything the studio takes on. For Aqdus, architecture isn't just about how a space looks. It's about how it holds up: to daily life, to time, and to the people who actually live and work in it. Every project he leads follows the same principle the studio was founded on: fear God, and deliver what you say.
Mohd. Akmal Affan
Mohd. Akmal Affan runs the business behind Hasfan Architecture Studio. A trained lawyer with an MBA, and like his brother, an alumnus of Jamia Millia Islamia, he built his career in both litigation and corporate law under reputable names before bringing that expertise into architecture and design. He oversees business management, legal consultation, project management, client handling, vendor management, and material procurement, essentially everything that has to run smoothly behind the scenes for a project to finish on time and on terms. For clients, that means fewer surprises: contracts that are airtight, timelines that are realistic, and one point of accountability from the first meeting to the final handover.
Our Story
Hasfan Architecture Studio didn't begin with a business plan. It began with a shared way of looking at the world.
We grew up in a family of businessmen and traders, where a person's word was their most valuable asset, and every deal, big or small, was built on trust before it was ever built on paper. We were born and brought up in Bareilly, and that upbringing shaped both of us long before either of us stepped onto a construction site.
Mohammad Aqdus Hassan, our Principal Architect, trained as an architect (B.Arch) and brings the design instinct and technical eye that gives every space its form. Mohd. Akmal Affan, our Managing Partner, is a trained lawyer with an MBA, and brings the precision and business discipline that gives every project its backbone. Both of us are alumni of Jamia Millia Islamia, but what really brought this studio together wasn't a shared degree. It was a shared mindset, and a shared love for building something of our own.
We had been working on projects long before we ever put a name to what we were doing. Hasfan Architecture Studio was officially founded in April 2026, based right here in Bareilly, the city that raised us. We started this firm humbled by the privilege of it, grateful to God for the opportunity to turn that mindset into a studio of our own.
That gratitude is really where our design philosophy comes from. It's simple: we fear God, and we deliver what we say. No shortcuts, no half-promises. Just honest work, done right, every time.
Today, Hasfan Architecture Studio designs luxury residential and commercial spaces for clients who expect exactly that: spaces as considered and dependable as the people behind them.
